Pearggy
Description
Pearggy is an original cute creature concept, a portmanteau of a pear and a froggy, known for its distinctive and adorable call "Pearrggyroo... pearrggyroo."
A key feature of its design is the extensive use of color variants that correspond directly to its habitat, allowing for seamless visual integration into diverse environments and offering rich potential for collectible elements and lore within an Intellectual Property (IP).
My Role
I conceived and developed the original Pearggy character, driven by a desire to create something visually fun and cute while laying the groundwork for substantial narrative potential. My role involved establishing the character's unique Portmanteau identity and designing its visual versatility (color variants/habitat integration), ensuring the foundation was set for expansive, yet lighthearted, lore and meaningful storytelling.
